You’d be hard pushed to find anyone who hasn’t at least heard of this iconic Izakaya Japanese international restaurant. With venue across the globe, Zuma located in Knightsbridge was the very first to open in 2002 from creator and co-founder Rainer Becker. Authentic but not traditional, Zuma now has restaurants in New York, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Miami, Istanbul, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
Zuma was created by German born chef Rainer Becker. With training at top restaurants in Germany, Tokyo and Sydney he moved to London in 1998. Four years later, and with business partner Arjun Waney, he opened Zuma.

Tell us about the Food Menu?
Designed to share, the dishes are created in three different cooking styles – from the main kitchen, robota grill (Rainer was the first to introduce the robata to Europe) and the sushi and sashimi counter.
Dishes such as sliced yellow tail, with green chilli relish, ponzu sauce; chicken wings with sake, sea salt and lime and spicy beef with tenderloin, sesame, red chilli and sweet soy are a few of the most popular.
Zuma London has iconic dishes which have been on the menu since day one, although each individual restaurant around the world has its own dishes which are tailored to their location.

Zuma is highly-regarded across the industry for its quality of drinks, Zuma offers a wide selection of drinks including cocktails, Japanese whiskies, non-alcoholic ‘cleansers’ and shakes.
