Who came up with the concept?

We wanted to create a relaxed and homely feel, your Granny’s living room was the end result! It was just a case of finding the right space and location.

What treatments do you provide?

Everything to do with hair, we specialise in colour correction and bespoke colour tailoring. We have some great Barbers and also two very skilled beauticians offering waxing and nails.

Are you open all year round?

We’re open every day

What products do you use?

We use Schwarzkopf professional range colour and to compliment this we use their hair care and men’s grooming range. We also use Ren in the Beauty Room.

Who designed your salon?

We managed to put the salon together ourselves, it’s quite kitsch but creates a relaxed and friendly feel.

Do you have offers on from time to time?

Yes we do from local discount to first time discount and discounts on recommend a friend. This is our 5th year of business, to celebrate this week we have 25% off and further celebratory discounts in the new year. We also have a loyalty card for 20% off your 6th service.

Where would you rate yourself on price range?

I think we offer a very high standard for the price. Our team are extremely skilled and well worth the price. We haven’t raised our prices since we opened as we don’t believe good hair should be a luxury.

Do you do gift cards?

Yes we do gift cards, they are quite popular. We currently have 20% cards being bought as Christmas gifts to use from January to February.

Tell us a bit about your staff?

We are lucky to have a very talented team, they are always talking hair with each other and discussing ideas. Everyone gets on very well which creates a great atmosphere in the salon. They key thing with any stylist is that they can listen and be approachable.

What makes your customers keep coming back?

We have a loyal clientele that come from far and wide, based on good hair and great customer service.

What’s your unique selling point?

Our family feel in the salon. We’re very friendly and like you to feel at home.

Do we have to book or can we just turn up?

Both, on weekends it’s best to book, but earlier in the week we can often accommodate walk in appointments.

It was such a pleasant experience to get a change of hairstyle from foster london…nicola was so understanding and constantly kept taking inputs on how i was wanting my hair to be…great experience…bit expensive though… Some student discounts would be much appreciated ?
